Getting Thru To Your Soul is about reconnecting with the truth of who you are and experiencing every moment of your life in a more profound way. Our greatest beauty as human beings lies beyond the perception of our five normal senses, in the higher dimensions of reality. Each of us is an individual expression of our soul, a spark of the divine.
On the soul’s level, we exist in a state that is beyond limitation, where freedom, love and joy prevail. We have come into the third dimension to help our souls to expand and grow. Each of us came into our lives with a divine purpose, including lessons we are here to learn, and a unique expression we are here to share. As we move forth into a new century and a new age for humanity, we are ready to reconnect with the magnificence of our divinity and to bring this unlimited way of being into reality here on earth.
The first part of the spiritual journey is forgetting. We started in a state of wholeness and in unity with the divine. Through our experiences in the third dimension, we have gradually forgotten our true identities and lost this sense of wholeness. The further we have entrenched ourselves here, the more we have lost conscious awareness, so most of humanity is largely unconscious. In this state, we have become expressions of a fragmented personality, and the joy, love and freedom the soul is capable of experiencing have been replaced with fear, limitation and judgment.
Now we are on the second part of the journey, the remembering. The process of remembering is twofold. First, we need to reconnect with the soul as our true identity and bring the experience of wholeness back into our lives. The second is to use the strength of this connection to help us to bring awareness to the limitations that have fragmented the personality and prevent us from experiencing joy, love and freedom in all aspects of our lives. Through time, this will lead us back to the state of full consciousness and unity, which is our true divine nature.
In this first issue of the Getting Thru To Your Soul Newsletter, we are going to focus on reconnecting with the truth of who we are by connecting with the soul. We understand that those who have been drawn to this material have already begun the journey of remembering and are allowing their souls to guide them forward towards wholeness. You are also helping to lead all of humanity towards this goal and we honor each and every one of you for this.
To connect with the soul, we first need to understand how we exist multi-dimensionally. We exist on many levels and our physical reality, which is the densest level, is a reflection of the energy that is filtering down from the higher levels. All of the events of our lives and our physical bodies are reflections of who we are and the lessons we are learning. Where we experience pain, fear or other painful emotions, they are showing us where we are not yet able to bring the truth of the soul into our lives.
Even though we are in the density of the third dimension, each of us has a connection with the higher dimensions and the divine nature of the soul. The light we sense above us is the light of the higher self or oversoul. Within the body, our connection with the soul is anchored in the heart. It is by connecting with your heart and opening to the experience of unconditional love in your heart that you access the divinity within yourself.
It is also important to note that we are not alone on the spiritual journey. Each of us has guides, angels and masters who are reaching down to us from the higher dimensions and helping us to connect with the truth of who we are. You may already have a relationship with these beings of light. If not, you can develop a relationship with them as you connect more consciously with your soul and your soul’s divine wisdom. As with the soul, the way to connect with them is through unconditional love, as love is the common language through which they communicate.
SOUL CENTERING PROCESS
We offer this process as a starting point for our journey together. For those who are not familiar with guided meditation processes, the key is to relax, disconnect from the active, rational mind and connect with receptive side of your nature. The easiest way to do this is to shift your focus away from the thoughts that normally occupy your attention and focus on the sensations you feel in your body and the emotions you are experiencing. As you do this, allow the experience to unfold without expectation and involve all of your inner senses to deepen the experience. Each of us has a unique way of accessing information from the higher dimensions. Some feel more, some visualize more, some hear messages or see words. Just open yourself to the experience, however it may unfold.
The process we are going to do here is designed to be easy enough for anyone to do and short enough that you can do it every day to strengthen your connection with your soul. The ultimate goal in the process of remembering is to be in this state of connectedness all of the time and, once you are familiar with this process, you should be able to make the connection easily. This will allow you to receive the guidance of your soul and the guides who are working with you wherever you are, throughout your day.
Although the process is simple, it will not work if you are in a hurry, because, as we mentioned before, you connect with your soul through the receptive side of your nature. Please allow ample time when you begin to use it. As you become familiar with the process, you will find that the connection will come easily.
This process is designed for you to read each word slowly and close your eyes at intervals to focus on the experience. When you read it, you may want to play peaceful music to help you to relax more deeply. You may also record it onto a tape with background music or purchase a cassette version that is described at the end of this newsletter. Over time, you will be able to do it easily without any outside assistance.
Before you start, you may want to focus for a moment on an issue that you would like to address as you connect with the energy of your soul and your higher self. Now we can begin.
As you start to read this process and prepare to relax, take a few deep breaths and feel the tension beginning to melt from your body. Fill your lungs completely with pure, clear air with each inhale and allow the tension to continue to release with each exhale, so that with each breath, you feel more and more relaxed and your body becomes lighter, allowing the tension to drift down through your arms, legs and feet and into the earth. Imagine that you have a grounding cord from the base of your spine and widen it out so whatever you are releasing can melt down into the earth.
Now bring clear energy into your mind with each inhale, so all of the cells of your brain can relax and your mind becomes more and more clear with each breath. And allow the clear energy to move down so that your entire head is relaxed, traveling down your neck and shoulders now, and allowing all of the organs in your body to relax. Now allow a wave of clear energy and relaxation to move gently down your arms, all the way down to the tips of your fingers. And feel another wave of relaxation moving down your spine to your legs and feet, travelling all the way to the tips of your toes, so your entire body is relaxed and filled with clear, pure energy. You may want to stop reading for a moment and focus on relaxing your entire body, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
As you continue, begin to focus your breath on the area around your heart, where your soul connects with your body. Imagine that you are sending pure energy into this area, so that with each breath, there is more and more energy there and, as you continue breathing, you can feel the energy intensifying so it may seem like there is a ball of light around your heart. Allow this ball of light to become brighter and brighter, radiating its energy out in all directions, so that you feel yourself completely surrounded by the energy and you can feel this energy permeate every cell of your body with its beautiful light. As you do this, if any pain comes up in your heart, simply allow the pain to come out into your awareness and ask the breath to release it. Letting go of this pain will help you to completely embrace the love you hold in your heart. You may want to stop reading again for a moment and focus on experiencing the energy of your soul in your heart and radiating out around you.
Now you can shift your focus to the area just above your head and imagine that there is another light there. As you imagine it there, allow this light to begin to pour down through the top of your head and fill your entire body, so that you can see and feel yourself filled with this light all the way down to the tips of your fingers and the tips of your toes. As it becomes brighter and brighter, it overflows so that you are completely surrounded with this light and you can feel yourself in perfect harmony and balance with everything that is around you. You can also feel the energy of all of the others who are building this connection and allow it to help you to strengthen the experience for you. Take a moment now to feel this harmony and how you are connected with all that is.
From this place of peace, you can ask for guidance about any problem you may be experiencing. This is especially useful if you focused on a problem before starting the process and can recall how it felt to you then. You should find that your perspective is different than it was before. From this place of clarity, you can bring in new levels of awareness to help you in any aspect of your life. If you are focusing on a problem, you may want to stop reading for a moment and view it from this higher perspective.
As a note, if you were not able to fully experience the energy of your soul, just continue to work with this process and focus on releasing any painful emotions that come up. You will notice a shift as you release the emotions and open to the loving energy of your soul.
Now it is time to shift your awareness back to the present time and feel yourself where you are, sitting or lying down, making note of your body’s position. And, as you breathe, allow your breath to bring you back to your normal waking state, feeling alert and alive. As you prepare to go off to other activities, make sure that you are grounded with the cord that extends from the base of your spine to the center of the earth.
FOLLOWING UP ON THIS PROCESS
In future issues of this newsletter, we will strengthen this connection and share techniques that can help you to release blockages that stand between you and your goals. As we work individually and collectively towards the goal of achieving wholeness in all parts of our lives, we will help to lift humanity as well.
The focus of one individual is magnified many fold when two or more come together. Even though those who receive this newsletter are not together in a single place and time, we can use the strength that we create together to help each of us in our growth by intending it to be so.
