Course #3: Vibrant Ageless Living
Length of Course: 60 hours, 4
weekends spaced a month apart
Prerequisites: None. This course may be taken alone for personal and
spiritual growth or as part of Awakenings’
Holistic Healing Program and/or University Degree
Program.
University Credits: 3
Explore in depth the many
aspects of the healing journey. This course addresses overcoming limitations
associated with aging and deals with conditions that commonly interfere with
being vibrantly alive in each moment. Remove unwanted habits and addictions,
attain your ideal weight, and create physical well-being as your body becomes
aligned with your mind and spirit. Drawing on Holistic Hypnotherapy and powerful
SK healing methods, you will learn to vitalize yourself physically and
energetically and identify any interference you need to overcome to create
perfect balance in your body, emotions, mind, and spirit.
And you can share what you learn and the tools you acquired with those you
know, and/or to build a holistic practice.
