The content and sequence of the trainings, the length of the classes, and the time between them are all carefully orchestrated features of this inspiring, holistic approach.

Many hypnotherapy and holistic healing courses are taught over a short period of time with long days in the classroom. This allows students to graduate quickly, but compromises a potentially transformational learning opportunity. With the long class days, students often just "put in the hours" they need for certification, because they can't absorb all of the information. Their learning potential is further compromised if they don't have enough time between classes to integrate the learning.

You will learn easily with Awakenings’ unique approach.  The schedule allowsample time in the class days for instruction, demonstration, and practice. The space between classes allows students to catch up on their reading, practice the techniques, fulfill the independent study requirements, when needed, and complete the personal healing process that organically accompanies the experience of the course.

Classes also go beyond the techniques of holistic healing, presenting the transcendent nature of the spiritual journey and the boundless possibility of unifying with the oneness of life.
