Over the past decade of teaching certification programs, our students have been extremely happy with the trainings. We feel confident that you will, too. However in the case of emergency or other circumstances, we offer a cancellation policy.
Awakenings maintains a policy for refunding
after the current course you are enrolled in is completed. So
if you were cancelling in the second course and signed up
for three, your cancellation would apply to the third
course.
After the date of the first teleconference, the student is responsible for the current monthly payment and will not be charged for any future tuition
payments after the completion of the course currently
enrolled in.
If the student prepaid in full for the course, the total payments due at the time of cancellation are calculated according to the monthly payment plan and the remainder will be refunded. Again, students may have been turned away if the class was filled, and they will not be able to begin once the program has started.
All cancellation requests must be made by certified mail
30 days before the start of the next course with the Notice of Cancellation, which is included in the training manual.
The effective date of withdrawal will be the date of personal notification or the date postmarked. If a teleconference must be cancelled due to a natural disaster, crisis, or instructor illness, it will be rescheduled. |
